A decade of steel, service and skilled hands
Ngimzwile Engbiza Trading & Projects (Pty) Ltd — known as NETPRO — was founded in 2016 in Richards Bay as an events management firm. It was soon joined by qualified, experienced statutory and divisional artisans bringing more than ten years in the engineering field and have- a clear understanding of the challenges facing the engineering fraternity.
Today NETPRO provides professional mechanical and electrical engineering consulting to the public sector, private sector and state-owned enterprises, with expertise drawn from smelters, production plants, mines, storage facilities and chemical plants.
NETPRO is a Level 1 B-BBBEE contributor, 100% Black-owned and 67% Black Female-owned — spearheaded by some of the most experienced artisans in the industry.

Mild and stainless steel structure fabrication, mild and stainless steel pipe repairs and new installation, plus non-slip manufacturing, installation and supply.
Valve and pump inspection, pump overhauling, industrial cleaning, and heavy-duty industrial coatings that restore worn components and resist corrosion, abrasion and heat.
Qualified and semi-skilled artisans and servicemen — fitters, welders, boilermakers, riggers, 292 supervisors, wireman's-licensed electricians, instrument mechanicians and assistants — supplied for plant shuts and projects.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Coatings
Restore worn and corroded components to precise original dimensions. Increase resistance to erosion, abrasion, harsh chemicals, high temperatures and oxidation — and improve traction.
Pump, Valve & Gearbox Inspection
Visual inspection of chambers, pipework and cables. Float switches and non-return valves tested and cleared. Bearings lubricated, seals inspected, couplings checked — every time.
Non-Slip Manufacturing
Since 2019, NETPRO Non-Slip has supplied walkway, stair and floor products engineered for dirt, moisture, chemical waste and heavy traffic — to global regulatory standards.

The hands and heads behind NETPRO
Ndumiso Mdamba
Managing Director & CEOTen years' experience in chemical storage plant operations and maintenance at Bidvest Tank Terminals [2009 AUG-2018 AUG], before joining the engineering world in 2019. Holds a Diploma in Project Management and an Occupational Health & Safety monitoring certificate, with entrepreneurship training since 2016. His career spans Chem-Serve (Dassek Campbell [2001-2004]), Dickenson Engineering at RBM [2008]-, and Chem Alarm under Hydro Sebenza[2008] — including project planning and client-facing roles as Marketing Officer and Project Administrator for Dual Trading, Cossa Projects and Maziya Electrical.
NETPRO is 100% Black-owned and 67% Black Female-owned. Busi Duma and Nozipho Khambula serve as Directors and shareholders alongside Ndumiso Mdamba, bringing deep industry knowledge to every project.
